My wife and I have made wonderful changes to our lives since 2020 that have resulted in us being way less sick, all of which are not terrible hard to do or expensive. The problem is that most people just don't know whats in their foo, drugs, clothes or homes etc... and when people do find out, they think they have to give it up. What they don't realize is for almost product that's bad, theres a reasonable price version of it that is actually nourishing to your boy, gives you energy and who knows what else.

we realized it's really really difficult to share all the information with people in a way thats digestible, but a blog makes it easy to look for what is relevant to each individual. Get Well NWA is about informing people about our toxic environments and making it easy to find products from local businesses and people that help alleviate sickness overall. We also seek the most affordable version of things, because we know anyone can live a healthy life like the Most high God created to you too. you just gotta get all the junk out and replace it with healing, more energizing, nutrient dense and always better tasting products.
